We opened at the end of 2019 (Reiwa 1).
With 10 years of management experience in Shizuoka and 5 years in Singapore, as well as experience working at a Michelin two-star restaurant, we serve sushi crafted with local sake and fresh fish from the Tokai and Hokuriku regions.
